Meet Our Chef

Chef  Paul creates a tantalizing selection of appetizers such as jumbo shrimp scampi, steamed mussels in garlic butter and white wine, and  fresh Maine lobster stuffed with crabmeat. Entrees range from thick, juicy steaks and prime   rib to the finest grilled fresh fish and seafood.

Chef Paul’s favorite Beaujolais complimenting his prime rib special.
