Dragon

The dragon remains in the mind of the Chinese people a symbol of "luck". In fact the "dragon" is but a kind of imaginary animal that exists only in the mind of the Chinese people. It is imagines to have the body of a snake, the claws of an eagle, and the horns of a deer. The techniques of the Dragon Form are movements simulating those of this animal.



CRANE

This style is known for grappling on the floor throwing leg sweeps and hip tosses. The two most important things that judo teaches you is how to twist an opponents upper body so that you can control the opponent with ease and how to fall the proper way. "Judo" means "unable to see leg sweeps.

Kung-fu is known for lightning quick attacks and devasting blows. It combines soft style defenses and hard counter attacks. It strikes forward in a circular motion rather that a straight forward line. "Kung-fu" means "hard work".



SNAKE

The snake is a creature that can go forward on the ground though without legs, can swim in water though without fins. It can retract and dart forward for a distance of more than ten feet solely because it has a lenghthy and elastic body supported by flexible joints inside.



TIGER

The tiger is the king of the mountain. A tiger looks ferocious and yet dignified. It is said that when the tiger comes out of its cave, the sky changes color, and it's roar saddens all other animals. then a tiger rushes through a forest, trees are shattered and branches are broken. A tiger attacks its enemy in the same way as a whirl wind blows away leaves.


LEOPARD Ye-Sheu Way of the Fist

This style increases energy flow, balance, coordination and blood circulation. It is also designed to tone and strengthen your muscles. It also helps to relax the mind, spirit and daily stress. With daily practice it helps with internal health to strengthen your chi. "Tai-chi" means "a life time to master it".
