Kempo Wing tsun

Shaolin kempo karate is based on the movements of the five animals: dragon, tiger, snake, leopard and crane. "Shaolin" means "young forest". "Kempo" means "law of the fist". This style kempo has it's reputation as being effective for very close-range lightning which in reality is where most fights/attacks take place.

This style is a combat fighting art. It uses short fast punches and kicks with locks and throws as a supplement. It also teaches a student how to block punches, trap punches in close and to move and strike in different angles. "Wing-tsun" means "unable to block multiple hand strikes".

Judo Kung fu

This style is known for grappling on the floor throwing leg sweeps and hip tosses. The two most important things that judo teaches you is how to twist an opponents upper body so that you can control the opponent with ease and how to fall the proper way. "Judo" means "unable to see leg sweeps.

Kung-fu is known for lightning quick attacks and devasting blows. It combines soft style defenses and hard counter attacks. It strikes forward in a circular motion rather that a straight forward line. "Kung-fu" means "hard work".

Ju-Jitsu Aikido

This style has punches and kicks that were not so much effective, so chokes and joint locks were the only techniques that could attack fragile targets like the neck. Weapons were at one time stressed in this style, but today training focuses more on empty-hand combat. "Ju-jitsu" means "extension and rotation of the joints".

Aikido is an internal martial art, which focuses more on "developing" potential energy of oneself rather that trying to hit harder or move faster. "Aikido" means "the power of internal energy".

Tai-chi Ye-Sheu Way of the Fist

This style increases energy flow, balance, coordination and blood circulation. It is also designed to tone and strengthen your muscles. It also helps to relax the mind, spirit and daily stress. With daily practice it helps with internal health to strengthen your chi. "Tai-chi" means "a life time to master it".
