Welcome to INTEGRAL YOGA! Yoga is an ancient science of self-care, a system for achieving radiant health and longevity. The body and mind move towards a balanced, stable condition as tension and stress are relieved. Strengthen and tone the body without the strain of fatigue or other exercise methods.

A 10-week or 12-week yoga class series builds a strong foundation of yoga, including postures and variations, breathwork, guided meditation and deep relaxation.
